This course focuses exclusively on EPCRA's (the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act) Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting requirements, which remain the most complex and difficult to meet requirements of EPCRA.

The course includes:

• In-depth discussion of available guidance
• Approaches to identifying toxic chemicals
• Decisions for applying exemptions, and calculation of thresholds and releases
• Scenarios will be presented to provide a clear understanding of where to focus attention
• Use of estimation techniques to reduce effort and improve compliance
• Scenarios are presented to assure a complete understanding of the complex aspects of the TRI requirements
