Management consultants consider sustainability to be an exercise in strategy development. While this may work in corporate and government agency headquarters, someone will be in charge of making it work at each ‘point of presence’ and in each community that you touch. This bootcamp will help you determine how to use your current knowledge and skills to help operationalize the strategy that descends from the top leaders. This program will help you develop new knowledge and skills to continually improve operations so they can meet the metrics that will descend along with the strategy.
