Course Information
Our environmental training courses are held at various locations throughout the country. We personally select conference quality hotels to ensure a comfortable learning environment.
If a course is no longer has available, you will see “Sold Out” next to that particular course on our website.
Your registration fee covers all course materials, books, and morning and afternoon snacks. It does not cover lunches or your travel expenses or hotel accommodations.

Dress is casual. The temperature in the meeting rooms may vary, so make sure you bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your personal comfort.
Course notes and books used during the training are included in your registration fee. We do not sell course materials separately.
Courses begin at 8:15AM local time. (All Virtual Courses begin at 8:15AM Eastern) and end at 4:15PM local time. We break for lunch from noon until 1:00PM. On the LAST DAY, we end the course at 3:00PM.
Cancelation Policy — Aarcher Institute

- Cancelation 30 or more days prior to the originally scheduled class date will receive a voucher for a future course equal to the amount of their payment OR a refund for the amount of the class minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancelation 16 to 29 days prior to the originally scheduled class will receive a voucher for a future course equal to the amount of their payment. This voucher must be used within one (1) year of issue.
- Cancelation 15-0 days prior to the originally scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund.
- Substitutions — Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled class may send substitutes in their place. The substitution administrative fee is $75.00.
- Transfers – Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled class may transfer to another class offering. The transfer administrative fee is $75.00.
Please note that it is the Aarcher Institute’s policy to hold all Education/Training programs; however, the Aarcher Institute reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment and/or other circumstances beyond the control of the Aarcher Institute. If a class is canceled, all registered attendees will be notified approximately 15 calendar days before the scheduled class date. The Aarcher Institute is not responsible for airfare, lodging, or other related expenses incurred on behalf of class registrants or due to course cancelation.
All requests for cancelations, transfers, or substitutions must be in writing and emailed to training@aarcherinstitute.com.

Yes, Aarcher Institute courses have been approved for continuing education credit for all certifying bodies. Credit hours are based on individual certifying/licensing organization policies. The course agenda and embossed certificate you receive at the end of the course can be submitted for credit. We are here to help should any credit issues arise at any time.

Yes. Our professional staff is available to any attendee who has questions after the course. We offer this service on a complementary basis out of appreciation for your business. Either call us at 410-897-0037 or email your question to training@aarcherinstitute.com.
We can transfer you to another course or, if necessary, let you designate another person to take your place. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes to the name tags, roster sheet, etc. Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled class may transfer to another class offering. The administrative fee is $75.00.

The Aarcher Institute offers an option for online participation in some of our courses. This “Virtual Attendance” option allows you to participate from any location, watching a live feed of the instructor, who wears a lapel microphone for good sound quality. You will also view a live image of all slides used in the course as part of your display, and you can participate and ask questions at any time. You will attend following the same (Eastern time zone) schedule as the rest of the class. You will recive all course materials and supplied in advance of the course, and a certificate will be sent to you when the course is complete.

My office needs to be able to reach me at all times, and I need to know if it is okay to bring my cell phone or pager?
General courtesy rules apply to our courses. We request that attendees set their cell phones and pagers on the vibrate mode and leave the room while talking on the phone.
Since we keep records of our attendees and the days attended, we will be able to replace your certificate. To expedite our search, please let our office staff know when and where you attended.

Hotel and Venue Information
No, but we personally select hotels we think you’ll find appealing. We think you’ll enjoy the convenience of staying at the course site and value the opportunity to interact with other attendees after the sessions.

In most cases, the hotels have set aside a limited number of rooms at government per diem rates. They are available on a first come, first served basis for reservations made prior to the hotel reservation cutoff date.
