Craig Schwarze is an environmental regulatory compliance expert with more than 30 years hands-on experience working with clients nationwide to help them achieve and maintain compliance and improve environmental performance. In addition to his consulting work, Craig has served environmental compliance instructor since 1993, developing and presenting training to environmental professionals on a wide range of topics. During that time, he has served as the lead instructor for a graduate-level Clean Water Act course and as technical program manager for a US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)(contractor operated) regulatory hotline. Craig has achieved Certified Environmental, Safety & Health Trainer (CET) status through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is the Training Director for the Aarcher Institute.
Bill Decker is a registered professional engineer in 32 States and has extensive environmental regulatory compliance experience related to water and waste issues. He has more than 25 years experience preparing permit applications, solving client environmental challenges, and developing SPCC Plans, Facility Response Plans, Storm Water permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning, Hazardous Material & Waste Management Plans, Pollution Prevention Plans, and Waste Analysis Plans.
Amber Moore is an environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience in NPDES stormwater/wastewater permitting, compliance auditing and air permitting. She has a wealth of experience primarily focused on environmental compliance, for a wide array of industrial sectors, including petroleum and chemical industries, asphalt manufacturers, concrete manufacturers, poultry processing, automotive salvage, scrap recyclers, and railroad and trucking transportation, and others. Ms. Moore’s experience includes performing audits, preparing compliance plans, and developing environmental training programs. More recently, she has focused on developing and implementing programs as required by NPDES MS4 permitting programs. Ms. Moore is knowledgeable in a number of federal (EPA, DOT) and state regulations. In particular, she has demonstrated proficiency with the following programs: SDWA, CWA, OPA90, CAA, SPCC, RCRA, TSCA, NPDES, Hazardous Waste, and Storage Tank regulations.
Morgan German has more than 20 years’ experience as an environmental health and safety professional with technical abilities in stormwater permitting, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), environmental compliance, researching and applying applicable environmental and occupational safety laws and regulations. Her primary areas expertise are implementation, evaluation, technical review and training on the topics of SPCC, stormwater management, laboratory and chemical management, compliance auditing, and occupational safety and health. Ms. German is currently completing a Master of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene at Tulane University. She currently holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University. She holds Professional Engineer’s license in 22 states.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate with the information needed to submit to your licensing or certifying body. If any issue arises with the award of credits, the Aarcher Institute will work directly with the certifying body on your behalf.
