All sessions run two days and the course fee is $1,320, with discounts available for early registration, groups of three or more, government employees, students, and veterans. Course Description
Storage of fuel, oil, chemicals, wastes, and other materials in tanks is subject to detailed and stringent requirements. Changing regulations and the overlapping requirements of various agencies, regulatory programs, and industry standards further complicate compliance management. Facility and tank owners are responsible for full regulatory compliance, even when installation, service, and inspections are contracted.
The Tanks Compliance Manager™ course provides the information you need to successfully manage tanks of all types and maintain compliance with the sometimes-overlapping requirements of the EPA, OSHA, local fire marshals, and industry consensus standards, along with effects of enforcement policy changes and other developments.
Presented by presenters with many years of firsthand experience with the realities of storage tank installation and compliance management, this course uses numerous pictures and short videos to explain and explore aspects of tank management and common challenges. Open discussion is encouraged throughout.
