The Dangerous Goods Ground Shipper™ course is offered throughout the year at locations across the United States, as well as online. All sessions run four days (Tuesday–Friday) and are available for both in-person and virtual attendance. The course fee is $1,400, with discounts available for early registration, groups of three or more, government employees, students, and veterans. Corporate partnership discounts are also available.

Course Description
The Dangerous Goods Ground Shipper training is designed to meet the hazardous material (hazmat) employee training requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations CFR for both first time and recurrent students.
Our instructor will walk students through how to read, understand, and implement 49 CFR, to safely offer hazardous materials for transportation by highway. Students will work through several case studies that highlight the different methods and exceptions offered by the regulations. Training will include general awareness training to cover training requirements, hazard identification, and other foundational information. Furthermore, the training will function specific training topics such as packaging, documentation, hazard marking, labeling, and placarding. You will leave with improved awareness, actionable knowledge, and the tools to minimize regulatory risk.
