Course Description
The Original Environmental Compliance Bootcamp™ is the Aarcher Institute’s flagship course and has been our most popular offering since 2005. More than 6,000 professionals have completed this rigorous, four-day program and thousands have referred their colleagues.
This course establishes a foundation of core technical knowledge before providing a clear and thorough presentation of principal environmental regulations applicable to most facilities and organizations. Topics span the full regulatory spectrum—from hazardous waste management and water quality permitting to air emissions compliance, CERCLA, NEPA, and emerging management strategies. Each module covers regulatory intent, applicability, specific compliance requirements, and practical strategies drawn from real-world experience.
A multi-presenter format keeps the training engaging and aligns each presenter’s firsthand expertise with the subject matter. Open discussion is encouraged throughout, allowing participants to explore unique environmental management challenges and proven compliance approaches with presenters and peers. You will leave with improved awareness, actionable knowledge, and the tools to minimize regulatory risk.
